Our Process
We work closely with our clients to make sure that their vision for their dream home comes to life. Our process involves a thorough preconstruction design phase, followed by a detailed design and construction estimate. We provide on-site consultations to ensure that everything is going according to plan. Finally, we put the finishing touches on your home, making sure that every detail is perfect.
STEP 1
Pre-Consultation Questionnaire
Our process begins with the Pre-consultation Questionnaire, a crucial step to understand your vision, preferences, and unique requirements in detail. Your responses guide us in creating a personalized blueprint that aligns perfectly with your aspirations, ensuring every aspect of your dream home is meticulously planned and executed
Initial Consultation
Meet with Director, Paul Myers, to discuss all of your requirements. During this meeting we discuss your lifestyle goals, dreams, ideas, budget and future plans as well as answer any questions you have. We explain our approach to building and how we can help you turn your ideas into reality.

Design
If you don’t have a detailed design or plans we can connect you with one of our design partners who will assist you to turn your ideas, concepts and dreams into detailed drawings so we can all work together to create your custom design.
Initial Cost Analysis
The cost of building a home depends on many factors, including your location, the lay out of the land, the number of storeys, and your chosen fixtures and finishes. Based on the information you shared during our initial meeting and your existing plans if already completed, we’ll provide a budget estimate for the construction of your new custom home.

Fixed Price Quote
Once plans are finalised, including soil tests, engineering, and council planning approval, we are able to provide a fixed price quote. At this stage we work with you to select the finishes that best suit the overall design of the project. This stage is necessary before construction starts and is usually the most exciting part for most home owners
Contract
The appropriate contract for your particular project will be provided outlining the detailed inclusions, exclusions and Payment schedule of the project. At this time we arrange a start and completion date that is convenient and appropriate for the build.

Construction
Our highly skilled construction team will schedule regular site meetings with you as your new home is brought to life
Throughout the construction stage, we’ll continue to work closely with you and provide regular updates on our progress.
Handover
Upon completion, your new custom home is handed over to you. Handover signifies the completion of the building works, commencement of the warranty period and the start of a lifetime of enjoying your very own quality Myers Constructions home.
